City Commission Vice Chair Ken Russell says more while more than 2-dozen parks reopened for limited use in May, the rest remained closed to stop community spread of coroanvirus. He says what they've learned in the past 6 months is people miss their parks. Masks are mandatory at all times, unless someone is running or doing vigorous exercise.
